This is a good reliable hotel to stay in (I say reliable, because two other places in Karaganda confirmed my booking only to say when I arrived that the property was already taken). I would return here the next time I come to Karaganda.

They said breakfast is from 8:30 am till 10:30 but when I went at 09:55 they were already closing
